1、一种空气净化方法的发明

通过松野本部6名资深高级工程师历经3年的时间，上百次实验发现：负离子在与正离子进行正负电荷中和时能够有效杀灭细菌，而且当负离子与正离子中和的数量越多时，杀菌效果越佳，于是本公司发明了空气净化的一种新的方法（发明专利号：200510032638.4），为实现本方法并将发明成果推广到人们的生活中去，本公司研发出正负离子发生器产品，本产品具有有效的杀菌及改善空气品质、促进人体健康的作用，本公司目前生产的正负离子发生器（等离子发生器）完全符合CUL、TUV、CQC、CE、EMC等安规认证要求。

The invention of air purifying method: It is discovered after 100 experiments in 3 years of researching by 6 senior engineers of Sunyou Company: negative ion can effectively kill bacteria when positive negative electric charge neutralizes with positive ion, the more the neutralized negative ion and positive ion, the better the sterilizing effect is, therefore, our company has invented the new method for air purifying (patent No.: 200510032638.4), in order to achieve and promote the invention, our company has developed positive and negative ion generator, which boasts of the function of sterilizing, improving air quality and promoting health. Additionally, our positive and negative ion generator (plasma generator) completely conforms to such certifications as CUL, TUV, CQC, CE and EMC.

2、松野正负离子发生器（等离子发生器）的工作原理及作用

松野正负离子发生器（等离子发生器）的主要工作原理是将低电压通过升压电路升至为高压及负高压，利用正高压及负高压电离空气（主要是氧气）产生大量的正离子及负离子，负离子的数量大于正离子的数量（负离子的数量大约为正离子数量的1.5倍）。同时产生的正离子与负离子在空气中进行正负电荷中和的瞬间产生巨大的能量释放，从而导致其周围细菌结构的改变或能量的转换，从而致使细菌死亡，实现其杀菌的作用。由于负离子的数量大于正离子的数量，因此多余的负离子仍然飘浮在空气中，可以达到消烟、除尘、消除异味、改善空气的品质，以促进人体健康的保健作用。

Work Principle and Functions of Sunyou positive and negative ion generator (plasma generator): The main work principle of Sunyou positive and negative ion generator (plasma generator) is increase the low voltage to positive high voltage and negative high voltage with voltage increasing circuit, generate large amount of positive ion and negative ion with positive high voltage and negative high voltage ionized air (mainly oxygen), the quantity of negative ion is more than positive ion (1.5 times of positive ion). 1）与负离子发生器相比较的优点

一般负离子发生器是利用其产生的负高压，电离空气产生大量的负离子,所产生的负离子与自然界空气中自然存在的少量正离子进行正负电荷中和的瞬间产生一定量的能量释放，从而有效导致其周围细菌结构的改变或能量的转换，从而致使细菌死亡，实现杀菌的作用。但自然界空气中自然存在的正离子的数量相当小，故其杀菌效果十分微弱。因此正负离子发生器（等离子发生器）的杀菌效果远远超过负离子发生器。后附《中山大学公共卫生学院检测报告》

Advantages compared with negative ion generator: Common negative ion generator generates negative ion after ionizing air with negative high voltage, the negative ion neutralize with positive negative electric charge and positive ion in air, which may change the structure of bacteria or convert the energy and kill bacteria, thus achieving the effect of sterilizing. But there're less positive ion in the air, it has poor sterilizing effect. Therefore, the sterilizing effect of positive and negative ion generator (plasma generator) is much higher than negative ion generator. 2）与臭氧发生器（O3）相比较的优点

根据臭氧的强氧化性的特性，臭氧在杀菌、消毒时必须保证在无人的空间里进行，否则可能会引起对人体的伤害，情节严重者可使人中毒。正负离子发生器（等离子发生器）同时产生大量的负离子及正离子，由于负离子的数量远远大于正离子的数量，所以正离子产生后马上会被负离子中和，故空气中不可能会存在大量的正离子，正离子与负离子本身是空气成份中的一部分，故适量的正离子对人体没有副作用，因此正负离子发生器（等离子发生器）在对空气进行净化杀菌的过程中允许存在有人的空间里进行，对人体无副作用。

Advantages compared with ozone generator (O3): Ozone features strong oxidation, it sterilizes and disinfects in space without people, otherwise, it may possibly cause damages to human, or even cause poisoning. Positive and negative ion generator (plasma generator) can generate a lot of negative ion and positive ion, since the quantity of negative ion in air is much more than positive ion, positive ion will be immediately neutralized by negative ion, therefore, there isn't enormous positive ion in air, and positive ion and negative ion themselves are part of air. Proper amount of positive ion has no side effect to human, therefore positive and negative ion generator (plasma generator) can purify and sterilize air when there are people in the space because it has no effect to human.

4、松野正负离子发生器的种类及检测方法

1）松野正负离子发生器的种类

1、按工作电压可分为：DC 3V~DC36V 及 AC 100V~240V；

2、按安装尺寸可分为：50多种规格；

3、按应用产品的特性可分为：a、单发射头式，此类产品比较适用于内置有风机的产品（比如：空调器、空调扇、电风扇、暖风机、空气净化器、电吹风等产品）；b、双发射头式，此类产品比较适用于内置没有风机的产品；

4、按产品的性能可分为：a、低浓度型；b、一般浓度型；c、高浓度型。

2）松野正负离子发生器的检测方法

1、一般浓度型单发射头产品在风机的推动下，距空气离子浓度测试仪100cm的地方可测到负离子浓度为60000pcs/cm³左右，正离子浓度为20000pcs/cm³左右。

2、本公司生产提供专用的简易正负离子测试笔，此笔可同时感应到正离子及负离子的存在，并通过不同颜色的两个指示灯分别显示，红灯亮表示有正离子存在，绿灯亮表示有负离子存在，在同样的距离测试时指示灯越亮表示相应的离子浓度越高。

Test Methods of Sunyou positive and negative ion generator: 1.
