홍익대학교 섬유미술패션디자인과 졸업전시는 학생들이 4년 동안의 수학 과정을 바탕으로 형성한 본인의 개성을 담은 작업을 선보이는 자리이다. 사람들이 가진 서로 다른 결이 차곡히 겹쳐지고 새로운 가능성의 틈을 보여준다는 의미인 ‘결, 겹, 틈’을 주제로 전시를 구성한다. 메인 그래픽으로 사용된 선은 패션 디자인의 기본 요소 중 하나인 실을 상징하기도 하고, 선들이 모여 만든 패턴은 서로 겹쳐저 전시의 주제를 보여주기도 한다. 모두 다르게 생긴 중첩된 선들은 포스터, 공간, 도록 전반에 적용되어 활기찬 분위기를 연출한다. 

Textile Art & Fashion Design Graduation Exhibition is a venue where students present their works as the last stage of a four-year studying. The exhibition is organized under the theme of “Grain, Layer, Crack” which means that people’s different individuality overlap and show gaps in new possibilities. The lines used as the main graphic component symbolize thread, one of the basic elements of fashion design. Also, the patterns created by the lines overlap each other to show the theme of the exhibition. All different-looking lines are applied throughout the poster, space, and the catalog, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
